HCS is for persons who live in the family home and provides assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily (IADLs) such as bathing, toileting, meal prep, assistance with eating, and cleaning of the household.

Supported Living is provided to persons who live in their own residence for the purpose of increasing and improving independent living in the community. Supported Living is for persons who need less than 24-hour staff support.
​
IHR is short term respite is short term relief for primary caregivers. It can be arranged for just an afternoon or for several days or weeks. Care can be provided at home so the individual can be more comfortable in familiar surroundings.
CR allows the caregiver some time off from their care-giving responsibilities. It can take the form of different types of services at the adult day care facility, or even short-term nursing care so caregiver can have a break or even go on vacation.
Supported Employment is provided at a work site where individuals needing assistance receive support while on the job. Job coaches and transportation are also provided.
DSA is the provision of regularly scheduled, individualized activities in a non-residential setting, separate from the participant’s private residence or other living arrangements. Personal choice of activities as well as food, community outings, will be documented and maintained in each person’s record.
